LUFC Grayson wants Wembley trip

Leeds United boss Simon Grayson is looking forward to this evenings Johnstone`s Paint Trophy clash with Accrington Stanley at Elland Road.

The Whites know that victory will put them into a two legged northern final and one tie away from Wembley and Grayson is determined to go all the way.

Speaking on the official website, Grayson said "We`re three games away from Wembley and to go there in any competition is an incentive.
It doesn`t matter what competition you are in you want to play at Wembley."

If Leeds progress tonight they could face local rivals Bradford City in the area final and the possibility of two large gates for each game.

League Two City travel to League One side Carlisle United also this evening.

In the Southern section, two other former Premiership sides Southampton and Norwich City clash at St Mary`s Stadium.

In the other tie, the 2008 winners MK Dons welcome Hereford United.

I am still not sure, really don't want this competition messing up our league form.

Getting through would mean another two games at least and if we reach the final then the Norwich away game will have to be rearranged. Even though we are so close to a trip to Wembley, I really wish we was out of the competition.

Opposite for me I would relish going to Wembley would be the icing on the cake for the fans
