LUFC Parker making progress

Ben Parker has taken his first steps on the road to recovering his fitness after undergoing a hip operation earlier in the season.

Parker as been sidelined since the first day of the season when he was replaced inside the first thirty minutes of the game with Exeter suffering from a hamstring injury.

Ben looked to be on his way back from the injury when it was discovered that he needed hip surgery.

Leeds boss Simon Grayson speaking on the official website said "Ben is running, but he`s in the very early stages of recovery".

The left back had cemented himself as the number one choice at left back, under boss Simon Grayson before the injury, he will be hoping to be back to full fitness sometime during January.

I think Capaldi wants to stay past his loan so might have to go out on loan to gain some match fitness. Definitely first choice though out of him, Sheehan, White and Hughes.

Be good to have him back even if Capaldi stays, sooner have them two to pick from than Hughes.

My Grandad would be better than Hughes and he's dead, Good news on Parker though
