LUFC Former Premiership ref in charge

LUFC Former Premiership ref in charge

Former Premiership referee Andy D`Urso will take charge of Leeds FA Cup trip to Kettering on Sunday.

D`Urso was dropped from the select group list in 2005.

The Essex official has refereed 13 games so far this season showing 47 yellow cards and 1 red.

Last season he took charge of 39 games showing 77 yellow cards and 7 reds.

No game can be found dating back to the 1997/98 season involving Kettering, so this could be his first competitive game in charge of the home side.

The last time he took charge of a Leeds game was earlier this season when they won 1-0 at MK Dons, in that game he showed 6 yellow cards and a red to MK Dons player Jason Puncheon.
He won very few friends from either side in a inconsistent performance and non stop whistle blowing.

Referee: A.P D`Urso (Essex)
Assistants: L.M Collins & M. Russell
Fourth official: P.Miller
