Leeds United boss Simon Grayson says the side doesn`t need to rely just on Jermaine Beckford`s goals this season as everyone is chipping in.
Speaking on Sky Sports News, Grayson said "Jermaine gets a lot of the headlines for the goals he`s scored so far, but it`s good that other players are chipping in with the goals.
You can`t just rely on your strikers to get you the goals and so far we`ve probably got six to eight players who have got on the score sheet from different areas of the pitch and they will have to keep contributing."
Grayson was actually selling his squad short as fifteen different players have already found the net for the side this season.
Leeds scored over one hundred goals last season in all competitions and they are already nearly halfway there having found the net fourty two times already this term.
Goals are coming from all over the pitch, already two defenders have found their names on the score sheet with Lubomir Michalik and Patrick Kisnorbo scoring one apiece.
Six different midfielders have chipped in with seventeen goals with Bradley Johnson leading the way with seven.
Jermaine Beckford leads the way in attack with thirteen goals already this season as he once again looks likely to break the twenty goal barrier for the third season in a row.
Six of his fellow strikers have also found the net as Leeds have dominated the early stages of the season and lead the division by six points with a game in hand.
