LUFC Swindon v Leeds game - New date

Leeds United`s trip to Swindon Town has been rearranged after the original fixture this Saturday was called off last week due to Leeds players on international duy.


Four Leeds players in total have been called up for their country with Alan Martin (Scotland under 21`s), Patrick Kisnorbo (Australia), Rui Marques (Angola) and Sam Vokes (Wales).

Lubomir Michalik is also on standby for the Slovakia squad.

The game will now take place on Tuesday January 26th with a 7.45pm kick off.

Went down there 1989 we stopped at every service stn to see it it was still on because the weather was really bad. The game went a head we lost 2-1 I think, I remember our keeper got poleaxed at the edge of the box between 2 attackers he was out like a light. the ball ran free and there player had an open goal to slot it in. The ref got plenty of stick deservedly so.

i remember when robinson scored for us against them to put us through to extra time in a cup match, i think wewon in the end... good match!
