LUFC Kandol faces three match ban

Leeds United striker Tresor Kandol faces a three match ban after being charged by the FA with violent conduct.

Kandol was involved in an incident after the final whistle against Yeovil on Saturday and has admitted the FA charge.

The charge carries an automatic three match ban and Kandol will find out confimration later today of what his punishment will be.

If he does receive a three match ban then he will be ruled out of Saturday`s game with Oldham as well as the home game with Grimsby Town in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy and the trip to Brighton.

The suspension will come as a blow to the striker who has just found his way back into the squad and as scored as a substitute in the last two games.

The Congolese international was expected to start on Saturday with Sam Vokes unable to play due to his parent club Wolves not wanting him cup tied.

Still got his silly side, he must be kicking himself. Cannot understand why he would get involved, he's come on and scored and we've won 4-0. He was almost certain to start at Oldham, idiot! Means we might have to put up with Showunmi now!
