Gary Lineker, Alan Shearer & 5000 Fans Pledge To Enjoy The Match..
Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer have joined more than 5,000 football fans to pledge their support to The Football League's Enjoy the Match campaign, which aims to tackle bad language and anti-social behaviour in family areas of grounds.
This season all 72 League clubs are making matchdays even more enjoyable for families. The 'Family Areas' at grounds have proactive stewarding, so that mum, dad and the children can watch the game in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
The Football League's Marketing Manager, David Malkinson said "We are delighted to have the support of more than 5,000 fans along with Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer only two months into the season."
"This backs up the great work League clubs are doing to attract more families to games with a focus on pricing and customer service."
Fans can pledge their support for the campaign at www.enjoythematch.co.uk .
