LUFC Two players chosen again

Leeds United once again had two players chosen in the League One team of the week for their performances against Tranmere.

Opening goalscorer Bradley Johnson and right back Jason Crowe both made the team, which is picked by the Press Association for the top performing eleven players for their positions.

In the three weekends so far this season Leeds have now had six different players chosen.

Players to be chosen so far:

Exeter 8/08/09 - Michael Doyle & Jermaine Beckford
Wycombe 15/08/09 - Shane Higgs & Andy Hughes
Tranmere 22/08/09 - Jason Crowe - Bradley Johnson

Great that we have had six different players chosen in three weeks. We definitely have a good squad this season.

The others from the other team must have been stunning after the display against Tranmere, we should have had 6 in minimum

There never seems to be more than two rom a team so I guess these were judged our best two although I thought Howson had a better game than Crowe.

Its jugded on players for their positions, I must admit last season I was amazed at times who made the team. Ankergren got in about 3 times!

I agree with Johnson I would like to have seen Higgs or Howson been in there...
