LUFC Darlington v Leeds Team news

Leeds travel to Darlington tonight for a first round Carling Cup clash with problems in defence.

Both central defenders Rui Marques and Patrick Kisnorbo who started on Saturday are away on international duty.

Left Back Ben Parker limped off inside the first thirty minutes on Saturday with a hamstring injury and will be missing.

Darlington gave debuts to eleven players in Saturday`s disappointing defeat at Aldershot and boss Colin Todd may make changes.

David Dowson who is on loan from Sunderland came off the bench to score Darlington`s consolation goal on Saturday and could be pushing for a start.

Jamie Chandler who is also on loan from Sunderland could also be handed a start.

Veteran defender Steve Foster missed most of the pre season campaign and was replaced in the second half on Saturday.

I honestly dont think this game against Darlington tonight will be a walkover, they have two players from Sunderland that are pretty good...And we're going to miss Marques and Kisnorbo, we will miss Parker too, who was carried off with a hamstring injury hope he's back soon, he had a great 30 Minutes on Sat until injured...
