LUFC Young side lose at the lawn
Whilst the first team were drawing at Newcastle United a Leeds team made up mainly of youngsters were losing 2-0 at Forest Green Rovers.
The only recognised players to be involved were Paul Huntington and Alan Sheehan. Leeds also included two trialists Tom Beane and Davide Somma.
Rovers won the game with a goal either side of half time, Steve Davies opened the scoring and Mark Preece doubled the lead to give the Blue Square conference side victory in atrocious conditions.

Sounds like they were a bit unlucky to come away with a 2-0 scoreline and it would appear both goals came from set pieces with Huntington and Sheehan the culprits.

Im slowly starting to worry about our replacemtnts...Our first team seems to be in good nick but when it comes to their replacements we seem to lack a bit of quality

I think that tells you that Sheehan and Huntington look surplus to requirements veing sent to Forest Green
