LUFC - Grayson delighted with performance
Simon Grayson was a very happpy man after Leeds put in a great performance against Premiership Blackburn Rovers.
Rovers had a full strength squad out but were second best to a Leeds side who dominated for long periods.
Leeds were only denied victory in stoppage time when Paul Gallagher converted a penalty.
Speaking on the official website Grayson said "For 80 minutes I thought we was outstanding, especially in the first half with the chances we created."
Leeds took the lead early in the second half through main marksman Jermaine Beckford but conceded the late penalty equaliser after Alan Sheehan fouled Benni McCarthy.
Leeds have another tough test coming up with a trip to Newcastle on Wednesday night, although the Magpies lost 6-1 at Leyton Orient on Saturday.

Looks like Grayson's getting the lads set just right ahead of the new season. Another couple of difficult games to come should have the players raring to go by the opening day.
