LUFC - Another former Leeds man joins Wycombe

Former Leeds midfielder Ian Westlake has signed a two year deal with League 1 new boys Wycombe Wanderers.

Westlake had a successful trial with Wycombe and the manager, Peter Taylor is delighted to bring in Westlake.

The midfielder was a free transfer after being released by League 2 Cheltenham Town.

Westlake was released by Leeds last season and join Cheltenham after an initial loan period at the club. During his time at Leeds, he made 47 appearances scoring 3 goals.

Westlake joins another former Leeds player in Michael Duberry at the Causeway Stadium, both have an early chance to line up against their former employees when Leeds visit Wycombe in their first away game of the season.
