The Leeds rumour mill has been in full flow today.

Jermaine Beckford is being rumoured to want a move to Newcastle United recording to reports in the The Shield Gazette.

The players agent has also spoken on Radio Leeds saying two Championship clubs have made bids for the striker, this was after Leeds had said they had received no bids.

Fabian Delph is reported in a number of separate articles to be wanted by Aston Villa boss Martin O`Neill in a bid around the £6 million mark.

Midfielder Neil Kilkenny who has already had a bid by Doncaster Rovers turned down by the club is now being linked with a £1 million deal with Premiership side Fulham.

On the arrival front Leeds assistant manager Glynn Snodin has said the club are being linked with Belfast club Crusaders 23 year old defender Colin Coates according to the YEP.

This is startig to look more serious now as the club have admitted they have freceived offers for two their players in the last 24 hours.

It will be interesting to see how many of these will turn out to be in some way through and how much of it is just lazy journalism...

Lets see what happens if anyone offers what we want, it seems everyone still want these players on the cheap.

Grayson has said none of the offers are 'substantial' in an interview so this would lead me to assume they be rejected by Leeds. We know Newcastle made offers for both Delph and Beckford below the £1m mark which prompted Bates to say "we dont deal in petty cash". I can be sure some cheapskates will be trying to get them for knock down prices. I am surprised Spurs havent been sniffing around for a cheap deal espcially as Leeds hater Rednapp is there now..
