LUFC - Leeds to tackle Newcastle
Leeds United will travel to St James Park for a pre season friendly with Newcastle United.
The Whites will travel to Newcastle on Wednesday 29th July with a 7.45pm kick off.
Leeds now have three high profile pre season friendlies having already arranged games against Premiership sides Blackburn and Burnley.

Another good game lined up, its good to have a few tasty pre season games.

Darlo went down the drain for a visit as its on Sky but this looks like one not to miss. Nothing to lose. They expct to beat us so anything else wll be a bonus.

Hat-trick for Beckford? - for us or Newcastle? Probably still be with us, and I guess there's even a chance he'll stay when is contract is up at the end of the season, if we get promoted...

This is a great pre-season game. Everybody should be up for this. But be prepared for a rampant Mewcastle. The resurgent barcodes will fight like the very divel for a win...

Should be a great test for oth sides to see where they actually stand as a team going down and a team who are hopefully on the way back up...It will be interesting to see the difference in quality between the two sides and also if Viduka and Smith are still at the club at that time if they will play or more importantly celebrate a win?
