Grayson - Lets win it next year

Simon Grayson was quick to start looking towards next season after the heartache of the clubs play off exit on Thursday night.

Grayson arrived in December with the team in turmoil and on the back of a five match losing run including the embarrassment at Histon in the FA Cup.

Speaking on the official website Grayson said "When we came in December anything could have happened. We could have dwindled away but we galvanised and lost only two games in seventeen".

Leeds had enough chances to win the second leg but some desperate defending and good goalkeeper kept Leeds at bay.

Looking forward Grayson continued "We`ll have to win it next year".

The boss was also quick to praise the fans saying they was outstanding throughout the game and the reception at the end of the game meant so much to them all.

I think it will be interesting to see who we can hold onto in the summer, Bates says nobodies leaving.
King Billy
Has long as he keeps the team together whilst adding a few others, Sodje full time and we need a new keeper. I think we are going to find it hard to keep Delph, Beckford and possibly Becchio.

Isnt this what you said last year? "Lets win it next year". Lets be right about this, you have spent TWO seasons in the 3rd tier and failed to get promoted but you should go up next time. But I think that all depends on who you keep. And to be honest the only player that might leave could be Delph, and I'm not too sure he will go yet.Beckford is ok at the level he is at,probably be ok at Championship level but thats about it so why would he leave.Anyhow, got to go now,we might be having a big party at OT today if things go alright, then off to Rome we go.Ciao Bella.

Not sure beckford has the temperament to do well at Championship level. He needs to work on that and his first touch which can be very poor. I am suprised Snodgrass hasn't been linked with a move he has been a revelation this season.

I'll settle for the playoffs now anything else is a bonus, depends on who stays/comes in/leaves
