LUFC - Leeds expecting seasons highest crowd

Leeds are expecting the biggest crowd of the season in the Coca Cola Football League this weekend when they entertain Northampton Town.

Leeds already has the current highest when 33,580 turned up for their Boxing Day clash against Leicester City.

The club have already sold over 33,000 for Saturday`s game.

It will be the second season in a row that Leeds have drawn the highest attendance in the Football League, last season they had the highest attendance when 38,256 turned up for the last game of the season against Gillingham.

It once again shows the commitment show by the supporters of Leeds United who although they are in the third tier of English football still bring in the crowds.
