LUFC - Leeds play off spot secured

Leeds United have secured their spot in the Play Offs after Scunthorpe United could only draw at Northampton Town on Tuesday night.

With Scunthorpe playing Tranmere Rovers on the last day of the season it is now impossible for both teams to overall Leeds current points total.

Play off dates.

First Leg
6 v 3 Friday 8th May 7.45pm
5 v 4 Saturday 9th May 12.45pm

Second Leg
3 v 6 Thursday 14th May 7.45pm
4 v 5 Friday 15th May 7.45pm

Final
May 24th 1pm Wembley

All games are to be shown live on Sky Sports TV.

I couldn't see us failing to pick up at least a point from the last two games. If somebody had told me after Hereford we had guaranteed our play off spot with two games remaining I would have hauled them off to the funny farm!
