LUFC- Beckford nearing return
Simon Grayson hopes that his 31 goal leading goalscorer Jermaine Beckford will be back this week but is not going to rush him back and cause further damage to his thigh injury.
Boss Grayson also admitted that Beckford was never in contention for a starting place at Leicester on Easter Monday but decided not to divulge this information so to keep the Foxes guessing.
With Leeds having a crucial play off spot game against Tranmere Rovers on Saturday Leeds fans will be keen to see their goal scoring hero back.
Beckford has scored twelve goals in his last seven appearances at Elland Road.
