LUFC - Duo make team of the week

Leeds United have two players in this weeks League One team of the week.

Goalkeeper Casper Ankergren and striker Jermaine Beckford made the team for their performances against MK Dons.

Casper kept his third clean sheet in his last four games whilst Beckford scored both goals in the game to take his tally to 31 for the season.

The team of the week is picked by the Press Association for the top eleven performing players in each position after the weekend games.

Im suprised at Casper being there...He had to deal with one cross at the end and almost conceded an easy free kick but fair play to him...That save against Crewe was brilliant...

Watching the video makes the fumble from the free kick early look even worse, He as lucky not let it squirm through him. Still it may encourage him and three out of four clean sheets is a long way forward from where we were.
