LUFC - Man City chasing Delph?
Man City are now rumoured to be leading the chase to sign Leeds midfielder Fabian Delph in the summer according to today`s newspapers.
City are rumoured to be offering £6 million for the 19 year old who has burst onto the scene for Leeds this season with some fantastic performances at the heart of Leeds midfield.
With money not an issue for Manchester City, Leeds should be able to get the asking price that they want, Ken Bates turned down two offers in the January transfer window for what he called 'petty cash offers`.

He doesn't seem to have been the same player since Christmas, I hope he just needs a rest and all the transfer talk isn't effecting his performances. One more booking and he gets a two match ban which will do him the world of good to have a rest. Not sure which two I would like to see him miss though, if any Colchester away and Stockport at home would have to be the two.

I agree with you dazza. He just needs a rest. We've played him loads and he's just tired now. He hasn't got the experience of some of the other lads. I hope we don't sell him because I think after missing a couple of matches he'll be back to his usual self :)
