The good and the bad

Vital Leeds member Yorkshirepride1 gives us his current feelings about the Leeds United squad

Good times

Last nights goal by Becchio could re-spark his early goal scoring form.
With Beckford always a threat and Snodgrass looking better each game we
look good up front.
We have young Grella on the bench itching to get a start and he`s scoring
loads in reserve games.
After voicing their opinion the fans are back behind the lads.
We are in the play off places in 5th place and seem to be getting a run
together at the right time.

Bad times

Casper is looking increasingly dodgy in goals. Our defence even though it
looked better against Oldham still worries me.
We are still depending on results going our way as a few teams have games
in hand.
Delph seems to have burned himself out this season and needs resting.

So that`s it...Good times, Bad times.....which side will we end up on?

I agree with everything you said Yorkshire, Ankergren just isn't the authoritive figure we need in goal, if we had a shouter in the net he might sort out the defence in front of him.

we cant use Ankergren as a scapegoat..the reality is leeds defence is rubbish apart from naylor..even wit a top goalkeeper i fell were opened up at the back too often..delph is exhausted but u hav to play your best players jus like the top teams..lampard or gerrard doesnt get a rest and there in the premiership so thats no excuse..we jus hav to battle on and stop throwin games away and makin things harder 4 ourselves..that would hav any player tired..good luck lads on sat anyway...were all behind u
