Blackwell Incentive To Reserves

Blackwell Incentive To Reserves

Kevin Blackwell saw his Reserve side beat Birmingham 2-0 and says the fringe players did their chances of a first team place the world of good.

His latest signings, Jermaine Beckford from Wealdstone and loan signing from Middlesbrough Danny Graham, started up front and played well. 22-year-old Beckford scored his first goal for the Whites, and the Leeds manager couldn't praise his side enough.

Danny Pugh scored the other.

The second-string line-up also included defenders Frazer Richardson - out since Boxing Day - and Matthew Kilgallon.
