LUFC - Beckford to face no further action
Jermaine Beckford will face no further action after his elbow on Millwall goalkeeper David Forde on Monday night.
Beckford was clearly seen by the TV cameras to strike Forde but because Alan Wiley took action at the time and booked Beckford the Football Association cannot take the action any further.
The FA`s disciplinary department confirmed on Radio Leeds that the matter could not be taken any further as directed by FIFA.
The news will come a as a relief to Simon Grayson who was worried that he may lose his 23 goal leading scorer for three games in found guilty.

FA have changed their minds and say now they have redeived fresh information from Wiley he will be investigated

They will make their minds up, I always thought if the referee took action then no further action could be taken, but the football authorities always seem to change the rules when it comes to punishing Leeds United.
