LUFC - Trundle to extend stay?

LUFC - Trundle to extend stay?

Reports suggest that Lee Trundle may be about to extend his stay from Bristol City for a further month.

Trundle`s loan period finishes after the Millwall game next Monday and Grayson is keen to keep the 32 year old at the club.

Rumours are that Grayson tried to keep the striker who cost Bristol City £1 million in the summer of 2007 till the end of the season but City boss Gary Johnson would not allow this and blocked the move.

Trundle so far during his loan spell has been involved in every Leeds game, he was a used substitute on his debut in the home defeat against Carlisle and then started the next four games, he scored his first goal for the club at Brighton on his first start.
