LUFC - Possible fixture headache
Having lost the Hereford United game on Saturday due to the weather Leeds are in danger of losing another this month with Peterborough earning a draw at West Brom in the FA Cup.
Craig Mackail Smith scored a late equaliser for Peterborough at the Hawthorns against their Premiership opponents and they will now meet in a replay on Tuesday January 13th.
If Peterborough win the replay and progress to the fourth round the date for that round is the weekend of 24th January, that`s the weekend that they are supposed to be visiting Elland Road so the league fixture will have to be re arranged.
With the forecasters predicting more cold weather during January the last thing we want is to lose any more games to the weather during this time and have a congested fixture list as we look to get back into the promotion race.
