LUFC - Boothroyd early favourite

Aidy Boothroyd is the early favourite to replace Gary McAllister in the Leeds United hot seat, Boothroyd has already had a spell at Leeds United as their first team coach between 2004 -2005.
He led Watford to the Premiership in his first full season with the club beating Leeds in the play off final. After only one season in the Premiership they were relegated back to the Championship, they lost in last seasons play off semi final and he was sacked in November this year.
His record at Watford was played 176, won 65, drew 51 and lost 60 a win percentage of 36.9%

There are some interesting prices in the early market with Gus Poyet second favourite along with quite a few other of Ken Bates ex Chelsea players including Di Matteo, Hoddle, Vialli along with Vinnie Jones and recent Leeds boss Dennis Wise.

Some very interetsing prices, ex Leeds men John Sheridan, Simon Grayson and Andy Ritxhie have or are all doing good jobs at their respective clubs.
vinnie jones would be sick!!!!!
haha aidy boothroyd........we turned him down cos he wasnt good enough....mind u.........he cant make leeds "we cannot defend a set piece to save our lives" united any worse can he?
Should have stuck with McAllister I think. He was doing a great job.You really are a f***ing joke of a club aren't you?
Think andy ritchie would be exceptional for you if you could get him 71.
80s terrier
yeah, we're a joke of a club... do you even think before you type?
They could do with Paul "Have you seen my wife? the lovely Debbie McGee" Daniels.
So your not a joke of a club? Funniest thing Ive seen since that Kid was crying when you got relegated.
Papa smurf will already have someone lined up..You can speculate as much as you want ... Id be surprised if the deal wasnt as good as done already(weeks ago)...
80s terrier
I hope its someone who really ****s things up even worse than they already are!
well that says alot about you then doesnt it! you hope something that has nothing to do with you in anyway goes bad. i really dont envy how sad your life is!
right SLF, this next bit of info is for you're own good. as this is the internet i dont know how old you are so: 1) if you are a kid; you should think about changin the kind of person you are cos when you get a bit older your 'friends' will realise you are a douche and ditch you. 2) if you are an adult; seriously, grow the ***** up!
What about the MIGHTY HISTON boss ... ! Now there's a though..! After all he did do his homework properly on you lot,and got his side to supposedly punch above their weight..!
80s terrier
The MIGHTY HISTON's manager is called Steve Fallon, and his phone number is 01223 237373,(are you listening papa smurf).. Well thats the club secretarys number, but i expect you will be wanting to get the clubs permission before you actually approach him..!
80s terrier
as someone who attended the euro semi in 1970 it saddens me to see leeds in this situation hope this serves as a warning to all outher clubs who are wastingmoney left right & centre especially in the epl.Hopefully with a bit of patience & HARD WORK ethic coming from a new manager who knows how to get a team to grind out results & climb the tables things can turn round as i have said before its what you guys who are sticking by the team deserve ,these guys who come on & gloat should worry about there own team then again they are most likely just gloryhunters?
I have to agree with you 80's, I think Bates would have been talking to a possible replacement since the Histon embarressment.
Wonder who'll it be
Tiny T
Looks like it was mr grayson...
80s terrier
There will have been a plan "b",you should find out who that is in the next day or so..You need a new manager in quick...With all the festive fixtures comming up fast and furious theres 9 points at stake and you dont want to risk kissing them goodbye...Smurf knows it,so expect a new manager this week..
80s terrier
Well i wasnt that far off now was I !
