LUFC - Leeds United v Hereford United preview


Leeds entertain Hereford United on Saturday hoping to continue their great form that`s seen them win their last five games in all competitions.

Leeds boss Gary McAllister will surely clinch the manager of the month award for September tomorrow with a victory, Leeds have played five won five during the month.
Leeds have averaged three goals a game, scoring fifteen in total with nine different players scoring the goals.
Last time out Leeds beat Hartlepool 3-2 at Elland Road in the Carling Cup with a much changed side from the one that`s been appearing in the League games.
So far this season in the League at home Leeds form has been indifferent with one win, one draw and one loss.

Hereford
Hereford on the other hand have struggled so far this season and currently sit at the foot of the table.
Hereford have yet to take a point on their travels losing at Leyton Orient, Southend and a 6-1 hammering at Bristol Rovers.

Only definite absentee will be Alan Sheehan who continues to serve his suspension. Rui Marques has returned to training after suffering with a foot injury this week. Robert Snodgrass has shaken off a stomach bug which saw him come off during the first half on Tuesday.
With nine changes made on Tuesday night from the team that beat Carlisle last weekend Gary McAllister has a great headache trying to work out his starting eleven.

Hereford
The Bulls may throw new loan signing Bruno N`Gotty straight into the team with a number of players still sidelined with injury.
Robbie Threlfall, Sam Oji and Steve Guinan are all still sidelined, Andy Williams is facing a fight to be fit in time for the game.
Ex Leeds winger Simon Johnson may be thrown into the side after impressing when coming on as a substitute last week.




History
The club have only ever met on two occasions, the FA Cup first round last season when after a 0-0 draw at Edgar Street Hereford came to Elland Road and went away with a 1-0 victory.
