Seb Carole departs

The first bit of transfer news on deadline day was the decision for Leeds to cancel the contract of midfielder Sebastien Carole by mutual consent.

The Frenchman`s struggled to get into Gary Mcallister`s squad since Mcallister`s arrival at the club.

Seb made fifty two appearances for the club scoring three goals including a fantastic strike in front of the Kop against Leyton Orient last season.

The midfielder who is twenty six next week started last season in good form but soon dropped down the pecking order when Leeds signed two wide midfielders Kilkenny and Johnson during the January transfer window.

I would like to wish Seb all the best for the future from all at Vital Leeds.

I am not surprised to see him released, I thought he was better than a few midfielders we have at the club.

i cant understand No signings for leeds on transfer day if macca thinks the squad he has is going to get promoted he is mad. We need 1 more decent striker who is going to score 15-20 goals and the defence needs some work a good centre half is needed who can organise the crap that is going on,being a leeds fan im sick of people saying players need time to gel and get use to playing together how many seasons have i heard that WAKE UP A GET IT SORTED
