Leeds Kick-Off With Scunthorpe

Without the ability to deduct us points at will this time around, someone is still trying to mess with Leeds as the faithful fans go on the road once more on opening day.

Leeds United have the task of arranging the League One “welcome back” party for the relegated Scunthorpe United on the opening day of the season.

The first match at Elland Road sees Oldham Athletic roll into town on the 16th August, following on from the clubs away day cup match at Chester City.

Keep checking the official site, Leedsunited.com for the full list, or alternatively check out BBC Sport.

Not a bad month is August, Scunny, Oldham, Yeovil, Bristol Rovers

I think Scunny could be a tricky little fixture. Quite a localish derby so I am sure it will be a feisty start.

Leicester vs Leeds on Boxing Day is the vital one.

Should be an interesting first game.
