Leeds Appeal Starts Next Wednesday
An independent tribunal will start to look at our appeal to have our 15 point deduction reversed this Wednesday.
A panel will look at the situation and it is hoped a ruling will be made before 19 April.
As regular readers of this site will know, Leeds have denied any breach of competition rules on insolvency all along and agreed to allow an independent tribunal deal with the appeal having originally served a high court writ to the Football League.
Could we dare to dream that the points deduction will be reversed? After our luck over the last few years, I can't see it myself!

Even if we get nothing back and go up through the play offs all the crappy clubs in this league will still complain. Hope we get nothing go up through the play offs and never have to listen to these moaning clubs again!

I think over this season Swansea have proved to be the best team, without cheating !!!, points will not be overturned this late in the season, too many clubs would appeal, so get over yourselves.

We at Luton are watching with bated breath as we are about to receive the same punishment. Seemed harsh at the time and seems even harsher when it's happening to your own club! Good luck for both our sakes!

Thanks Scotty, It's sad that it takes the same thing to happen to your club for people to realise it's not just big, bad Leeds that this affects but Luton, Bournemouth, Rotherham and any team which goes into admin. now

realistically they can't give you back anything, it would upset all the other front runners, anyway you're going to make the play offs so it doesn't matter..!

Realistically they should give Leeds the points back, the football league punished the wrong people involved (THE TEAM & THE LEEDS FAITHFUL).They should av fined the persons who alledgedly broke the rules. Leeds should be on 82 points for their success on the pitch. Proud to be LEEDS

i think if they did want to give you the points back they should do it for next year :P Just harsh on Swansea and others at this stage of a season.

I think Leeds might get 5 points back but they won't get them all back. Not harsh on Swansea cos with their 15 points back, they still wont catch us.
