Leeds -15 Fight: Your View Needed

Calling all Leeds fans, all League One fans, all football fans. We want to hear your views on Leeds United’s quest to get back the 15 points wrongly nabbed by the Football League.

Ken Bates will enter into an independent arbitration hearing to determine whether the decision to penalise Leeds United by an extra 15 points (on top of the 10 for filing for administration) was right during April.

Vital Leeds United wants to hear from any supporter, be you Leeds United or not, to give your opinions.

Now now, lets not start a real life fight here!
Facts! 1. The decision on how to take the club out of admin was taken by KPMG administrators and not by Leeds United. 2. The KPMG hands were tied because the Inland Revenue would not agree to a CVA and were prepared to go to court - this would result in Leeds not being allowed to start the new season so not a realistic option. 3. The Inland Revenue would not agree because Football Creditors we’re given 100% of their debt and the Inland Revenue were not - they do not like other creditors getting better treatment than them. 4. The Football Creditors get 100% because the League rules say you must pay them fully or you don’t get back into the league! A bit above you heads but get somebody to explain it to you, and you may begin to understand.....then again i doubt it!
I will never have a couple of sad acts slaggin my club Leeds.go get the real facts before you put your pennies worth in In fact leeds have had 25 points taken of them.Leeds have nothing to hide thats why Bates wanted it a open Hearing but the league didnt so what does that say to anyone have they something to feel guilty about.I THINK THEY DO ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Whatever happens at the next hearing I hope that will be it all over. If we fail to get any points back then at least we can say Ken Bates as tried everything to regain them. If not then we must ensure we have enough points to at least make the play offs. If we do get them back and lets be honest they should never been taken in the first place. Then the other clubs in this Division should have no argument, they should not take into account getting 15 points from another club and its not as if Leeds haven't been contesting the decision since the start of the season.
