Freedman set for Leeds United?

Leeds United boss Gary McAllister is reportedly lining up a move for Crystal Palace forward Dougie Freedman.

It seems that having one ageing striker, in the form of Norwegian Tore-Andre Flo is not enough for the current Leeds squad, as the 33-year-old Crystal Palace forward becomes a loan target for the League One Side.

Freedman has featured 18 times for Palace this season, however just 4 of those have been Championship starts and despite the players move into coaching, as reserve team manager, the former Scottish International looks likely to depart Selhurst Park

What do you think about the move? Dougie has scored over 100 goals for Crystal Palace, one of just six men ever to have done that in the clubs history. However as age is well and truly not on his side, is he really the answer to our striker issues?

I have to agree, You cannot take away experience especially in a centre forward. I am sure he will score/make goals in this Division.
